Uzbekistan sends humanitarian aid to Pakistan

On 21 August, transport aircraft IL-76 delivered humanitarian aid from Tashkent to Islamabad for the people of Pakistan who suffered from massive floods. A 40-tons cargo worth USD 300,000 consisted of first-aid items, including tents, blankets, drinking water, medicines, flour, rice, baby food, and adults and children’s clothing.
