TITF - one of the biggest exhibitions in Central Asia. Since 1995 Tashkent International Tourist Fair (TITF) is annual, professional tourism fair in Central-Asian region. More than 100 companies from 15 countries took part in TITF 2003, wich had more than 10000 visitors.

At the TITF participants from different countries have opportunity to discuss about plans on forthcoming summer season, get acquainted with new programs, new directions, which submit for exhibition by leading tour operators and find out new partners.

On exhibition will be presented:

- Recreation tourism, sightseeing tours around historical places of Uzbekistan, cognitive tourism;

- Relax tours, business tours, family tours, individual tours;

- Hotels and services of reservation;

- Airways and air agencies;

- Booking and sale of air-tickets;

- Sights, museum business, art galleries, artistic salons, thematic parks;

- Education tourism/organization of training tours;

- Organization and undertaking of conferences;

- Advertising services;

- Press/trade magazines, catalogues/reference books, souvenir product;

- Regional tourist organizations;

- Transport agencies;

- Tour agents, tour operators;

- Ecological tourism;

- Computer systems of the reservation.

Schedule of exhibition

1. The practical seminar on tourism development in Uzbekistan; Organisers: World Tourism Organisation.

2. Press-conference;

3. Festive dinner, dedicated to 10th year anniversary of Tashkent International Tourism Fair.

Terms of participation

1. Participants of the exhibition and signed the Registration Form (in the further called Participants) are obliged to adhere to conditions, rules and regulations stated in the given Contract. Any changes should be made in the written form and to be signed by the competent official person of the agent, authorize to interpret, establish given rules, or to enter changes only in case if the given changes and additions do not reduce the right of the Participants of exhibition and do not raise the responsibility of his sponsors, agents and employees.

2. Each participants of the exhibition is obliged to pay the registration fee, that is to be officially accredited. In case of participation of several firms on one stand, each additional firm pays the registration fee. Each company representative person working at the exhibition should be accredited.

3. The rights of the Participants can not be transferred to other company or physical person; anybody from the Participants can not transfer the premise and can not give the subrent his premise or any part of it.

4. The registration of the Participants and decorating the stand will be carried out on October 20, 2004 from 10.00 till 17.00.

Official opening of the exhibition is on October 21 at 11.00.

Exhibition open hours:

October 21 from 09.00 till 18.00

October 22 from 09.00 till 18.00

October 23 from 09.00 till 16.00

Entrance to the exhibition is allowed only by the tickets or badges; The badge can not be handed to other person.

5. Organiser undertakes installation of stands of the participants by October 20, 2004. The participant will carry out dismantling of the exposition and export of the exhibits from the exhibition pavilion only after closing of the exhibition, but not later than 18.00 on October 23, 2004. The participant should have the official representative who will be present in the pavilion during the exhibition and equipment installation/dismantling time.

6. Organisers do not carry the responsibility for losses, thefts or damage put by fire and acts of nature or for any other damages, put to the persons or exhibits.

7. Organisers will provide night security of the exhibition pavilion but does not guarantee protection against losses from stands in day time, therefore exempts itself from any responsibility for damages or damage put to expositions in day time.

8. The payment for participation in the exhibition should be made to account which is specified in the exposed account according to the Registration Form.

9. The participation is considered as paid in case if money are activated on account till October 1, 2004. The participants arrived on the exhibition should have the payment assignment confirming the participation payment.

10. In case of cancellation to participate in the exhibition, the Participant pays the following penalty:

- At failure (refusal) of participation during installation or during realization of an exhibition the company - participant undertakes to pay 100% from a total sum of the Contract;

- At the unreasonable failure (refusal) of participation the company - participant undertakes to pay the penalty at a rate of 15% from a total sum of the Contract.

11. The Participant of the exhibition recognizes that Rules and regulations are obligation for both sides, and Participant can not make verbal alterations and modifications. Nobody has the right to bring in verbal changes to the given Agreement.

12. The given Contract is developed according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and completely obeys it. Any disputes between the parties concerning the given Contract are permitted in Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
